From a conversation to a shipped release

  1. Scope

    We start with a call to work out what the software actually needs to do and what it does not. You get a written scope with a realistic estimate before anything is built.

  2. Build

    Development runs in short cycles with something runnable at the end of each one. You see progress as it happens instead of waiting for a reveal.

  3. Ship

    We handle release engineering end to end — builds, signing, store submission and review feedback — so the last mile does not become your problem.

  4. Maintain

    After launch we stay on: monitoring, fixes, platform updates and the next round of features, at whatever pace the product needs.
